(2) संबंधित राज्य या यूटी (बंगाली, नेपाली, हिंदी, बंगाली) की स्थानीय भाषा का ज्ञान। उम्मीदवार को कम से कम 10 वीं कक्षा में स्थानीय भाषा का अध्ययन करना चाहिए था।
(3) कंप्यूटर पर काम करने का ज्ञान
(4) उम्मीदवार के पास दो व्हीलर या लाइट मोटर वाहन के लिए वैध लाइसेंस होना चाहिए। विकलांग व्यक्तियों को लाइसेंस के कब्जे से मुक्त किया जा सकता है।
